Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by REG Branding (“we,” “us,” “our”), a marketing agency based in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. By signing up for our services or accessing the REG Hub dashboard, you agree to these terms.

Services

REG Branding provides the following services to clients (“you”):

• Video ad production for use on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
• Meta advertising campaign management including setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Access to the REG Hub — a private client dashboard for tracking leads, campaign performance, and monthly reports.
• AI-powered performance insights and summaries included with the dashboard.

Services begin after your onboarding is complete and your first payment is processed. Your campaign will typically be live within 7 business days of onboarding completion.

Fees & Billing

The monthly management fee is $297/month, billed automatically on a recurring basis through Stripe. This covers campaign management, dashboard access, video production (as described in your onboarding), and monthly reporting.

Ad spend is separate. Depending on the option you selected during onboarding:

• REG-managed billing: Ad spend is invoiced separately by us. You authorize us to spend up to your selected monthly budget on your behalf.
• Self-managed billing: You fund your own Meta ad account directly. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance to run campaigns.

All fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Failed payments may result in campaign pausing until the balance is resolved.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at rowe@regbranding.com or through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date.

We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, violation of these terms, or for any reason with 7 days written notice.

Your Responsibilities

To allow us to do our job, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding.
• Give REG Branding partner access to your Meta Business Manager and ad account.
• Respond to reasonable requests for approvals, assets, or information in a timely manner.
• Not use the REG Hub dashboard for any unlawful purpose.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.

Intellectual Property

Video ads produced by REG Branding for your campaign are owned by you upon full payment. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

The REG Hub platform, including all software, design, and AI features, remains the property of REG Branding. Your license to use it continues only while your subscription is active.

Results Disclaimer

We work hard to generate results for every client, but we cannot guarantee specific lead counts, conversion rates, or return on ad spend. Advertising results depend on many factors including market conditions, ad spend levels, industry competition, and your business's ability to follow up with leads. All estimated results shared during sales or onboarding are projections based on historical averages — not promises.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REG Branding's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colbert County, Alabama.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance.
