REG Branding is a marketing agency based in Muscle Shoals, Alabama that helps local service businesses generate leads through video ads and Meta campaigns. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us through our website (regbranding.com) and client dashboard.

• Meta ad account: Your ad account ID if you share it with us to run campaigns.
• Account login: Your email address used to sign in to the REG Hub dashboard.
• Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use our site (page views, clicks) through standard web tools.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and manage the marketing services you hired us for.
• To process your subscription payments through Stripe.
• To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls.
• To send you lead notifications and monthly performance reports.
• To run Meta ad campaigns on your behalf using your ad account.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

Third Parties We Work With

Running our service requires sharing certain data with trusted third-party providers:

• Stripe — processes subscription payments securely. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Meta (Facebook) — we run ad campaigns on your behalf through Meta's advertising platform. Meta Privacy Policy
• Supabase — stores your account and campaign data on secure cloud infrastructure.
• Anthropic — powers the AI assistant features in the dashboard. Conversation data is processed by Anthropic but not used to train their models.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies for session management and basic analytics. We also use the Meta Pixel on certain pages to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as you are a client. If you cancel, we retain records for up to 3 years for accounting and legal purposes, then delete them. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of any marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email).
